Undoubtedly the most iconic date of all the coinage of the decimal system, plagued with rarities in various mints and denominations. The Chihuahua mint struck pieces in denominations of 1 Peso, 5 Pesos and 10 Pesos in gold exclusively for 1888, all extremely limited in terms of mintage and in the case of the one offered here only 120 specimens are reported,
